Tips To Having a Great Hypnotic Meditation Experience
- Have an open, curious mind.
- Do not doubt or judge your experience. Every experience is here to help you.
- Listen to all your senses (clairvoyance, clairsentience, clairaudience, claircognizance, clairgustance, clairalience,)
- Let go of expecting to see a vivid movie or having a specific experience. Each person will have the experience they're ready to have.
- It’s okay if you don’t see a picture or vision. Pay attention to the other senses. Many people don't get a vision. The other senses they get are enough for their healing and learning.
- Use your imagination to help you get into the imagery, if you're not getting anything or seem stuck.
- It’s okay for you to have your own journey different from what I am guiding you.
- There is no wrong way to do this. Everything is good
- Do your best to follow my guidance.
- If you fall asleep or did not get any vision, it's still a good experience. Being in hypnosis is healing in itself. Being in hypnosis for 15 mins can give a person the equivelance of 2-4 hours of restful sleep. Hypnosis is also a state that is conducive for body the heal.

This is what to expect when you're in hypnosis.
- You’re in control the entire time.
- It is safe.
- Hypnosis feels like meditation. You are aware of everything around you, including yourself, but you're relaxed and your mind is more focused.
- It is normal for your mind to wonder off. Bring your mind to my voice when you can.
- I cannot control you or make you do things you don’t want to do. You're in control of yourself.
- We all go into hypnosis naturally many times each day. Hypnosis is not new to our body and mind. The body and mind already know how to go into hypnosis.
- It is normal to fall asleep if you've had a long day or are tired. If you fall asleep, you will get a good, and much needed rest.
- If you fall asleep, it’s okay. You will be out of hypnosis when you wake up.
- If you need to wake yourself up, count 1 2 3 4 5 eyes open, wide awake, and you will be out of hypnosis. If you're not sure if you're out of hypnosis, splashing some cold water on your face will help.
